By accessing or using CoachScorecard ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who Can Use CoachScorecard

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User-Generated Content

When you submit a review, comment, or any other content to the Platform, you grant CoachScorecard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that it:

• Is based on your genuine, first-hand experience
• Does not violate our Community Guidelines
• Does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Is not defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or coaches
• Attempt to access any part of the Platform you are not authorised to use
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Platform without permission

6. Moderation & Content Removal

CoachScorecard reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We will never remove a review solely because it is negative. Content is only removed for genuine guideline violations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content on the Platform. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and not the views of CoachScorecard.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachScorecard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any content posted on it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
